　　搞笑的是，在现实中的演员们为了出演本剧，成为House团队（此处双关）的一员，也是竞争激烈。Shore 说：“我们挑选了许多演员来试镜，但是我们不能决定谁是最佳人选，最后我们决定采用选秀的方式，我们觉得House肯定会同意的。”
